All leaders hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate and complete Fun Explorers safeguarding induction before their first session. Our safeguarding policy is available for your records before the programme begins.
Insurance
Fun Explorers London holds £10 million public liability insurance through Morton Michel, a specialist education insurer. A copy of the current certificate is provided to every school before sessions begin, and can be supplied directly to your local authority if required.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this cost the school anything?
No. The programme is funded entirely through parent bookings at £15 per child per session. There is no cost to the school for running Fun Explorers.
What if not enough parents sign up?
We work with you to set a minimum viable group size before committing to a launch date, so there’s no risk of an under-subscribed club running at a loss for anyone.
Who supervises the club leader?
What happens if our regular club leader is unavailable?
We maintain a pool of trained, DBS-checked leaders through Uniform Education and can provide cover at short notice to avoid cancelled sessions.
Can we see the curriculum before committing?
Yes — we’re happy to share full session guides and the complete 30-country curriculum during your initial call.
How quickly can we launch?
Typically 3–4 weeks from your first call to the first session, depending on club leader availability and your school’s own scheduling.
